A bladder tea flushes especially the urinary tract. It increases kidney water excretion, and the larger amount of urine makes it harder for bacteria to settle permanently.
So bubble tea is all about the liquid. Admittedly, the numerous products with the label "Blasentee" in supermarkets and pharmacies mainly advertise their ingredients. But more important is that you drink a lot. If you do not have bladder tea at home right now, there is definitely another kind of tea or water. It should only be unsweetened.
The designated blister doughs usually have the advantage that they are relatively relatively thin, so include only a few water-binding substances.
