How are the days after the scraping and what should I pay attention to?

After a womb scraping (curettage, Abrasio), physical protection is recommended. Not just immediately after the procedure, but for about a week. Since the cervix is slightly open after a curettage for a while, you should also for about three weeks on bathing, swimming, sauna and sexual intercourse and do not use tampons.

Cuts: pain and bleeding afterwards

If you feel painful pains similar to your normal menstrual cramps after a womb scraping, this is normal and not a cause for concern. However, if the pain lasts longer or if you are very violent, you should contact your gynecologist. This is also true with urgency in case of sudden onset of pain and very heavy bleeding or fever.

How soon can I get pregnant again after a womb scraping?

In the first few days after a curettage, a slight degree of haemorrhage is usually expected, which may increase slightly after 3-5 days and reach the level of a normal menstrual period. Up to two weeks later, a bloody to brownish discharge is not uncommon, but it should be over by the Next menstruation at the latest. If in doubt, contact your gynecologist if you feel that it is a true bleeding (bright reddish) or a massive blood loss or are not sure.

Miscarriage and AS in the 13 weeks
59 Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 12:34
Hello my dears,
my name is Jessi, I'm 29 years old.
One week ago, our little sweet son was born very early. It was a silent delivery. I was already 1 week ago in the hospital for bleeding and pain. Then there was a fever. I fought two weeks with contractions. On the second night, at one o'clock in the morning, I still saw him - with a strong heartbeat. After 5 hours of hellish pain I unfortunately lost the fight.
We were allowed to see our star child and say goodbye. But no one can really explain why my body wanted to release our seemingly healthy and strong baby. It was the worst night of my life.
Right after that I had my AS. Since then, I have repeatedly struggled with mild to severe pain and bleeding. I really hope that's normal. I would not endure complications at the moment. It's hard enough to process everything anyway.
I wish all "Star-Mammis" a lot of strength as well as good friends and family who will help you.

Heath summer
If you are open to Chinese medicine, you can find very good support here to prevent further miscarriages and to recover from the previous ones. Often your kidneys are strengthened and look for the causes of where the weakness comes from. There are practices that specialize in this; so-called fertility practices.
It is important that you go to acupuncturist (s) / in, who have a good education. Just check the AGTCM page. I wish you a lot of strength and hope you can let go of the rose and overcome your sadness.
Miscarriage and AS

Hello my dears,
My name is Anika, I'm 31 years old and had a scrap yesterday. My little rose died in the 15th week of pregnancy. I was hospitalized with her in the stomach for a week because of heavy bleeding. Then around 15 o'clock hellish pains (labor) started. At 7 pm I went to the bathroom - and had the dead rose in my hand.
She looked so beautiful. She was gorgeous for her age, had a cute little snub nose. I was infinitely sad and fascinated at the same time. She looked like a miracle. Unfortunately, dead. My husband and I both cried terribly. She will now be buried in a few days. I think she has a right on that.
Rose was unfortunately my 4 miscarriage in 7 years. My husband and I are now going to a special clinic for genetic examinations because no doctor can explain why I always lose my children.Although I do everything, as I'm advised. I absolutely do not drink alcohol during pregnancy or smoke cigarettes and the dead babies were always so far healthy. I hope that this nightmare ends soon and we finally get our desired child. Otherwise I'll go crazy with grief and grief.
The "Aß" was carried out the same evening and went so far without complications. I have light bleeding and very slight pain. I hope and think that there will be no trouble with the wound.
I just do not know how to handle the sadness. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all expectant mammies, that your mice and you are fine and that you do not have to go through such a grueling hell.

Girls, me too. In the 12th week our baby had to be taken away -> no heartbeat. It was Friday and I had to wait for Monday for surgery - terrible, this feeling of carrying a dead baby. I am very sorry for you! It took me a long time to process it. But take your time to restart, the body should recover completely.
I know, most doctors say 3 months. But at a normal birth, they also say 1 year. Give your body the time to recover. I think that's the most important thing for it to work out the next time! It's been 4 weeks now with me and when I think back, it's a nightmare. For some reason, that's just the way it is. Heads up!
Scraping due to spotting
55 Tuesday, April 03, 2018 at 08:33
My name is Jessica and I am 37 years old. Because of the spotting before and after the period I had a scar on 27.03.18. On the day of the scraping I had very heavy bleeding and really very sharp pain on the right side.
On the second day the bleeding and pain decreased a little. Now have a mild to moderate bleeding, but no more pain.
On the Internet, one should in 4-6 weeks for follow-up. But sometimes it also means: already after a week!
Yes, when should one actually go for control after a fractional abrasion?
I would be very grateful for your answer.
Shearing SSW 10 + 0
54 Saturday, March 03, 2018 at 22:11
Hall oils,
I had an AS a week ago. I was in SSW 10 + 0. Thursday I learned that my Mariechen (symbolically) is no longer there. It has regressed so much that it was no longer visible on the ultrasound. It was the worst moment in my life.
Then everything went very fast. It was followed by examinations in the KH and the next day I had the AS. Everything was going too fast, and so far I have not processed it. I feel empty and incomplete.
I wish all of us a lot of strength to survive this for the time to come.
Shearing 11. SSW

Hello my dears!
I too would like to share my experience. Yesterday (in the 11th week) I had my scraping. My crumb was an absolute wish child. After several unsuccessful ICSIs, we naturally had a Christmas miracle. The day before yesterday control at the Doc. The heart does not beat ... shock. I thought I would not survive the night. I could not handle knowing that crumbs are dead in my stomach.
Am the next morning in the KKH emergency room, I have previously brought a referral from my FA and told him. At the hospital, they were so understanding that they did the scraping the same day. Of course, after exact previous investigations. Several doctors, several times ultrasound. It was already dead for a while. I was allowed to go home yesterday.
The scraping was a very harmless operation for me, and I would do it again. I'm on the ground, just crying and wondering why? But I'm glad that I had it done immediately. I could not wait for the normal bleeding and possibly see my dead baby in the toilet.
Even today I have no complaints after the procedure, only minimal bleeding. I will start again in a few weeks. With the strong fear, if it works again on a normal way and also remains fa.
We ALL must never give up our dream! I wish you all the best!

Shearing beginning 10th week
51 Monday, February 5, 2018 at 19:00
star Mom
My baby had no heartbeat last week. It was a long-awaited wish child.
My gynecologist was compassionate and understanding. He helped me get an appointment for outpatient suction / scraping. I waited 5 days for it, and I needed the time too. I wrote a diary and read a lot about miscarriages.
Of course the procedure was mentally distressing, and immediately afterwards I had abdominal cramps. I was sick for a week.
I can only recommend to everyone to decide when the procedure is right. Waiting is usually not a problem.
An emotionally distressing idea was that the doctor might have just missed the heartbeat. But just before the procedure an ultrasound was made, so I could say goodbye for a moment. That helped.
You do not get anything from the surgery itself. After that you are just tired.
4th FG in a row
50 Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 07:14
Hello everybody,
There are many forums on the Internet. Especially in terms of abortion, grafting etc. Here I have the impression that women write that are authentic, express feelings and yet look positively forward. And that's exactly what we need after a miscarriage and scraping.
Yesterday I had the 4th scraping in my life.
In February 2013, our first child was born. Without problems! A healthy, cheerful daughter!
In October 2015 I had the 1st FG around the 11th SSW. That was very bad for me, and I felt very lonely and had to deal with the process for a long time. Who expects something like that? Then, in February 2016, renewed FG in the 10th week of pregnancy and another in February 2017. Then we have in a child desire practice completely check and advice. I have been diagnosed with a mild coagulation disorder, after which I take preventive Aspirin 100 for months.
When we were pregnant again, everything felt so right and good. The doctors also went out of their way to be on the safe side: I had to inject myself with Clexane and take luteal hormone, vitamin D, folic acid etc. We were also allowed to see the heartbeat twice on the ultrasound.
Then I was on Monday at the FA for the first major screening: There was no heartbeat and probably no more growth since a week. We cried a lot, prayed and hoped together. But nothing else the following day. My FA took a lot of material from the scraping yesterday to get more information and hopefully a statement about the genetic test. Now we are curious what the result will be in 2 weeks.
In any case, my husband and I immediately decided that we will definitely not give up, but continue and trust that next time we will hold our healthy 2nd wish-child in our arms.
And so I want to encourage all other women here too, not to give up, to look forward and to go further. I sincerely wish you all the best and Gods blessings for the upcoming pregnancies.
Miscarriage 10th week
49 Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 12:01 pm
After a few months of trying, we finally got pregnant and were so looking forward to it. At first it did not look so good, because the fruit cave was very small. One week later, however, one has seen a small embryo and also beat the small heart. A second empty fruit cave gradually regressed. Early 8th SSW looked all the best. Was so happy and we started to prepare for everything else. I was not prepared for anything to happen, even if you know that theoretically.
Then at the beginning of the 10th week there was no heart activity. Minis heart probably remained in the 8th week. I had no signs except that all the symptoms, such as nausea and fatigue, were progressively decreasing. Yesterday I went to the scraping and saw Mini the last time on the ultrasound. It looked so lifeless and peaceful. It was very sad. But the surgery was over quickly and I had no complaints first. Today a pulling like rule complaints. Bleeding only slightly. But the emotional pain will probably continue for a while.
It hurts a lot.
I wish all fellow sufferers a lot of strength and positive thoughts! If you hold a worm in your arm (and that will happen!), Then it's a big miracle and it heals these wounds a bit.
Missed abortion 13th SSW
48 Sunday, November 05, 2017 at 10:19 am
I was immediately pregnant with over 40 after ICSI in the first attempt. My husband and I were overjoyed. For me it was the first pregnancy ever. The great desire to finally become parents finally seemed to come true for us. The time until the end of the 12thSSW we were of course tense, but it all seemed to be going very well.
On 3.11.17 in the morning we had the appointment with the specialist for neck pleat measurement. Of course we were very excited. That day I was 12 + 2! and I thought, now everything will be fine. During the ultrasound, the doctor suddenly says: "I am very sorry, but your child is no longer showing heart activity" .... I did not really understand it at first. My husband and I looked in disbelief, that could not be?
It was the sheer horror and we were in shock the rest of the day!
Later I had to go to the clinic to plan the scraping. This will take place tomorrow. Although it has been reported in many posts that it is not so bad, I am of course very nervous.
At the moment, I feel like I'm in a nightmare, but that feeling will pass. My husband and I want to look ahead and try it again in some time. This was even the specialist on 3.11. proposed. The previous posts give me courage, because you really should never give up on his dream.
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to those affected and agree with previous opinions, but not give up.
Hopeful greetings

I have my scraping next Tuesday because my gynecologist only noticed an empty fruit cavity in the 9th week of pregnancy. I was very sad at the beginning. But I hold on to the idea that the body has already noticed in the cell formation that there would be no healthy baby and therefore the process has stopped by itself.
Unfortunately, the empty fruit does not go away by itself and thus must be helped with a scraping. In the hospital I was also told to cheer up again, that such a diaper (that's how one calls an empty fruit cave) is very rare and that with my 26 years I still have very good chances to give birth to healthy babies. My husband and I tried for a year and then nature decided otherwise.
BUT ... At least now I know that I can get pregnant and I will not give up hope, maybe soon to hold a healthy baby in my arms :-)

Hello my dears,
I had my scraping on Friday. I was in the 8 + 1 week, since you only saw an empty fruit cave, I had to go to the clinic. I had extreme complications, I had surgery for 6 hours because 4 doctors did not come to my amniotic sac and one of them hit my uterus.
After 3 days, I came out of the hospital and feel physically good, except that my stomach is swollen. Unfortunately, I am a little bit mentally downcast, as I already had an ELS last year and this time hoped that everything will be fine. Which unfortunately was not the case. I do not know how to go on, because I'm just sad.

Hello everyone! Since it happened to me even on Sunday, I have read in many forums. I was pregnant for the first time and was really happy. I did not even think that something would go wrong. Why me too? Well, the luck ended but unfortunately in the 10th SSW. I already had slight spotting 2-3 days before, but I did not think much about it, because the net says that many women have and it is not so bad. Only when it gets stronger, it would be bad.
Now this Sunday came and unfortunately it got stronger. Until the end of the hospital I hoped it would still be alive, but there was nothing left to do. I got the scraping the same day and was allowed to go home in the evening. Since then, I cried a lot and try to keep telling myself. "You can not help it, that's what nature has decided." Since I am an educator and had immediately been banned from work, all my colleagues, of course, have all noticed that I'm pregnant. Of course, when I go to work in the new kindergarten year, everyone knows that was probably wrong. It's a very strange feeling. It's hard to cope with that, and I've also realized that I'm not alone, except that people do not talk about it. You have a healthy child at the second attempt and the other disappears in the background. For sure I will not forget it. It's hard to handle. I just hope that it will be happier for a new pregnancy than this.
7. SSW baby lost
42 Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 14:36
Hello everybody,
on May 23, 2017 I lost our baby in the 7th week of pregnancy. One day later, the scraping came, because I had proper fall bleeding, and it could not be otherwise. I did not know that I was pregnant. When I got unbearable pain in the evening, my husband is with me in the KH. There they told me in the same breath, they are pregnant congratulations. I thought for a second JUHUUUUUUUUUUU, and the next one, hello I am so bad at bleeding, there will be no baby, I'm not stupid. Still, I hoped for the ultrasound, but it was not in the fruit cave anymore.
I am devastated. It's a damn bad time.
We want to try again, preferably immediately. But I have to wait, because you have to give up everything for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, my fear of having a FG again is very high. I'm 39 and the doctors said I'm still young, I can still have many children despite FG. Sorry that I'm so confused, I wanted to get rid of it. It breaks our hearts. Under my heart was our star, we love you.
41 Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 17:11
Finally I was pregnant in the 2nd attempt of the ICSI. A fighter has bitten down and on the unbelievable happiness the first low blow ... the embryo is too small, the yolk sac too big .... But the heart beats wildly. I get enlightened that it could mean nothing good .... but it does not have to be true. 1 week later I have the appointment with my gynecologist ... The heart has stopped beating.
It was like a slap in the face, though I felt such a strange emptiness in me two days before ... For two weeks I waited for the natural finish, but nothing happened. My body, my thoughts clung to hope, there may be something.
After 2 weeks appointment with the gynecologist .... I should better to scraping. Oh no, fear spread, but it was ok, worst of all is the mental pain, which will probably last a long time. Whether I should dare the third attempt, I do not know, I'm afraid not to endure such a path mentally. I think, I just need time to let my star child move in peace and fight again for my dream.
40 Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 07:17
I too would like to express my condolences to all of you. All too well, I know what it feels like to lose your child. I had 2 Fgs and a fatality with my first daughter in the 40 ssw in 2015. She was born dead with 53cm and 3222 grams. The Fgs I could say that maybe child was not healthy and therefore had to go so early! But my daughter was very healthy, why she died, I still do not know. She was born 3 days before her calculated date.
The 4.6.2015 changed my whole life. How we survived after that, I can not tell you. It was just a cruel dream. It took me a long time to deal with the loss. Had to do a scraping afterwards.
Meanwhile, I have a healthy daughter at hand. Never give up, no matter how hard it is. If you fight, you can do anything. We have not given up our childhood dream despite 2 Fgs and the deathbirth of our first daughter.
I miss my first child a lot, think of her every day. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the 40 weeks she was allowed to spend in my stomach. Thankful for the great time, even if my farewell broke my heart. The funeral, the little coffin was probably the worst. When your own parents have to bury their child. Believe, there are only a few things that are worse.
Oh yes, meanwhile my third scraping is due. Should be done soon. I wish every single one here all the best and that you all soon be allowed to hold a healthy child in your arms.
Shearing according to ICSI
39 Wednesday, the 14th of December 2016 at 14:21
Hello to all who are reading it now. Am 37 years old and had 1. ICSI behind me. It went right and I was very happy to finally see a positive pregnancy test. After that, however, I dreamed twice very realistically that I have a miscarriage. As it were, in the dream, I have already experienced emotional pain and that twice.
In the 6thWeek I had menstrual pain, but no bleeding. During the week 8 + 2 I learned from FA that Embrion is only 5mm small and has no heartbeat and yolk sac too big, 8mm. Although I was prepared for my nightmares and always slowed down too much joy, but it was a shock. I have held back very much in practice so as not to cry. I used to cry in the car.
I do not want any woman to experience a miscarriage. It is sadness, the feeling of failure to come back after so much effort and waiting and not knowing if the same thing will happen again next time.
Today was the scraping. I'm empty, but now I can start completing. Where there is an end, there is a beginning. I wish all concerned that they do not blame themselves, life goes on, we will put many healthy children in this world.
38 Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 12:12 pm
Hello everyone,
I had my 4th scraping on 11.11.2016., So far everything is fine. Had before almost 4 years of continuous bleeding and for 6 years a child. But now I am afraid again that it will start again soon.
But on 17.12.2016 finally have an appointment in a fertility clinic, who want to help me. The doctors themselves at the hospital say I should ask about hormone therapy because all the doctors think I have a hormone problem. As soon as I was in the clinic, I will write again, what has come out of it.
Abrasio, no pregnancy
37 Friday, November 11, 2016 at 12:26
I was scratched for the third time because I bleed constantly and heavily. The last bleeding started on 28.09.2016 and will continue until 10.11.2016. If someone has such a thing, go to gynecological endocrinologists, since such bleeding is caused by hormone imbalance. The doctors in the hospital can not help me anymore. I can not get to the specialist, because my hormone levels are in the gray area. I'm in a vicious circle, and chief physician still recommends me to think positively! He does not bleed for a second month!
The most interesting thing is that even after Abrasio I bled just as much as in Abrasio within two weeks. Now I have hormonal products, let's see what that brings. No doctor cares about clarifying the cause, it is more likely to follow-up. I also asked to be sent to another hospital to diagnose the causes of this constant bleeding; it was denied because health insurance companies do not allow it. So my TKK pays my scrap for the third time. I lose all respect for such bureaucrats who do not even allow meaningful action. There is also a positive side, I already have two cancer screening in a year! Thank you TKK! Does not help me, but calms down that I have no cancer.
If someone has questions, please be quiet. If someone has clues, or has the same history of suffering, I'm looking forward to sharing experiences.
Curettage SSW 9
36 Friday, October 21, 2016 at 09:13
Unfortunately, I found out at the same train that I am pregnant and that the baby was unfortunately no longer viable and already about 1 week already dead. It was all like a bad dream. The next day I got an appointment for a Curettage with general anesthesia, I was super educated, which was really very helpful to me. So I knew what to expect next.
Now, 1 week later, I'm fine so far. I still have slight bleeding and mild pain (similar to a menstruation but really not worse). Now I should spare myself 1-2 weeks (no full baths, spas, tampons and intercourse) and then everything should be healed well. The bleeding may last for a few more days.
4-6 weeks after the procedure, I have to check the FA. After that we look forward to another try, maybe it should not have been this time.
My FA explained it quite simply: if nature sees that nothing good comes out of it, ie a very, very sick child could arise, then it regulates this by itself. That was the point where it was psychologically easier for me to endure. Not only does this happen to me, you - there are so many cases. It's not easy to deal with and handle all of that, but hanging on to it does not get you anywhere. Looking ahead is sometimes the only solution.
I hope I could help someone with my experience a bit, even if it's not easy to write this. But I would also have liked to hear from others how they went through this so as not to feel so alone.
All the best and head up
After a long wait now probably but scraping
35 Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 11:07
For a long time I follow various forums on the topic of scraping.
I was so pleased when I received a positive pregnancy test in early August. But, as it is, I did not quite want to accept it and could not rejoice before I was with FA ...Then I got the sad news that no heart sounds are visible and the yolk sac would be much too large.
Two blood samples and another check-up later I got the sad certainty that my crumb is not viable.
I opted for a natural finish and faced tremendous pain.
Today, 1 1/2 months later, nothing has happened yet.
Well, I should not do anything until next week, but to the scraping.
I thought I had finished with the subject and resigned myself to being one of the unlucky ones who had to miscarrow on their first pregnancy.
That I now have to deal with the scraping and get pregnant in my circle of friends girls who do not currently want to depressed me very much .... Really can understand only someone who has already gone through it, ... My Man gives me a lot of support and also my best friend is always there for me, but really can not do something, so I feel better.
It is good to read such forums, because I do not feel so alone with this sad topic. Thank you!
Miscarriage in the 19th week
34 Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 13:19
Dear women, I would like to express much hope and happiness for a new beginning. For me the "I want to taste again" is like a straw. I am 38 years old and got pregnant. We were very happy and were incredibly happy. However, all the risks did not make the time easier. Despite the good results (Harmoni test, antibodies, hormones, care of the child) the doctor did not detect any heart activity of the baby. That was in the 19th week, according to the doctor, the baby had already died in the 16th week.
This was followed by referral to the CH, birth with artificial labor and a subsequent scraping. I do not want to describe how we survived the first week, but I would like to wish you the courage to start again! I keep my fingers crossed and hope for all of us.
Dearest greetings.

I currently have 3 pregnancies, but each time there was only one amniotic sac without yolk sac or fetal development. Why is there always only one fruit cave and no child?
I had my scraping on Tuesday, but for the first time. Can I start with chasteberry now?
30 Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 10:45
On Tuesday I had a scraping in the 8th SSW. It was my 6th miscarriage and again it's all over. Nobody can tell me why. Luckily I already have two healthy children, for which I am infinitely grateful. But our youngest asks me again and again for a sibling, which would be our biggest wish, but that does not make things easier. Now there is a genetic engineering consultation and the worst is the waiting time, if you get an appointment, then the findings, etc., months go into the country, as if I had more than 45 still all the time in the world.
Shearing 10 weeks
29 Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at 11:57 am
Yesterday I put my first scraping behind me. After weeks of doubt and worry, I feel freed for a new beginning.
In the middle of May I had the 1st positive SST, it was my 1st pregnancy and a long-awaited wish. The first US in Week 7 showed only the empty fruit cave and also the same picture 2 weeks later. I had the feeling that something was wrong, hardly any SS symptoms, constant doubt. With the certainty that there was "nothing left" I was able to cope well with the final step.
The AS itself was very uncomfortable, was in the KH and had to spend a night there because they feared a hematoma due to an injury in the operating room. This did not occur. According to FÄ, these injuries are probably not so rare, but usually remain without consequences. For me, it was just a shock on top of that. But now everything is set to zero and in 2-3 months will be restarted.

I had a scrap on Monday. Was 8 weeks old (((The surgery went well, I'm not in pain, but pain in the anal area is not too strong, but I'm worried that something's going wrong with me.On Monday, I have control of my gynecologist, hope that everything goes well.
I am waiting for a few months and would like to try again. A child is the greatest wish of my life. But I will always be afraid that miscarriage will happen again. There is no justice in life. Those who do not want children can have them, the others have to go through them (((They plan pregnancy, take vitamins, take care, watch the diet, etc., but it does not help ((
Abrasio after abortion
27 Monday, February 29, 2016 at 11:23
Yesterday 1 week ago our star passed away in the 7 weeks. After a fall bleeding 2 weeks ago, bed rest, magnesium treatment, Utrogestgabe and strict bed rest our child did not survive the exertions unfortunately. Next Tuesday I have an appointment for Abrasio. I'm scared of it. I myself am a nurse and have never been to hospital as a patient. The pain is still very big. At work is not thinkable at the moment. But we think positive and start again soon.

Hello again, Sandra to your comment, honest hat off that you have so decided, I would prefer it that way, but the doctors said it was unavoidable :-(, as I said, it was my first and, of course, my last fg , as I said the scraping I packed well, but not yet that fact that there should be nothing more.

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I had my first scraping on 21.2.16 :-( was in the 6 + 0 SSW, it would be my third child, but also an absolute wish child, only when my doctor said there is nothing, broke a world together for me , four days kh, shaking and crying, it hurts so much. No matter how far you are, you already love this little creature as soon as you see the 2nd stroke on the test.
I've packaged the scraping well, you really do not notice anything, hope that everything heals well, both physically and mentally.
Silent birth instead of scraping

Hello everyone!
After the life of the little creature stopped in the 10th year of pregnancy, I decided not to shave and the child was born very uncomplicated at home with only a few ibuprofen contractions. It was sad and beautiful at the same time. The risks are in my opinion much lower, because the body can easily !!! So I could decide about the little one. I'd do it again like that!!!! Everything went without complications and the body and the psyche could take a dignified farewell! Only courage!
All the best from me!

On January 11, I had a scraping. Was pregnant in the 11th week. In the 8th week I am to my gynecologist and confirmed the pregnancy. Jupi, even saw the heart beating. On the Friday before, I had some bleeding, sparing myself. At night I had severe abdominal pain and went to the hospital. All right, just no more heartbones.
How do you deal with it??? I'm fine, just wondering what I did wrong. A friend of mine said that is normal until the 12th week. After all, I already have 2 children. Normal that hears a little heart beat ?? Does it hurt less, because I already have children ??? Very sensitive.
Course after Abrasio

Today again my comment to my last scraping on 4.12.2015. The scraping has brought me nothing, after 1 week, my uterine lining has rebuilt and I bleed like crazy again, now I'm not around a uterus removal around, I can hardly wait, on 27.1.2016, I have my surgical consultation.
I have so the Schn .... full of the constant hemorrhage that continues to this day, already 3 weeks of permanent bleeding. Just burdening and working, I did not want to get sick leave, blame myself. Then I hope that I can enjoy the new year without bleeding, especially now I can plan my vacation, do not need to be afraid that I get unexpectedly bleeding again. Yay,

Had my scraping on 21.12. On the OP day itself I was doing remarkably well, but since yesterday and today no more. I have pain like before and increased temperature. However, I got used to the abortion on 05.12 to pain. However, the increased temperature and the typical associated discomfort as well as severe pain in the kidney area scare me.

Had on 21.12.2015 my first scraping. Everything went great.
As if nothing had been done.
I am so happy.
The question is, what can happen if I have sex soon?

I had an abrasion on 16/12/15 - if I had known that everything went so smoothly, I would have let her do it sooner. Although I had a bit of jitters before general anesthesia, I was able to get back into shape very quickly after the procedure so that after half an hour I was allowed to leave the day clinic. I had bleeding and mild pulling pain only on the day of the procedure, so I almost feel like I have no surgery at all. Of course, the sense of pain varies from woman to woman, but you really do not have to be scared and go crazy first.

I had on 27.11. a scraping after missed abortion. Slight bleeding on the days after. From Tuesday, 1.12., Daily bleeding. On 8.12. to the gynecologist. Still blood in uterus. I mean, it could take another 3 weeks.
Last week Wednesday I got out of the car and suddenly it came like a giant swoop of blood. Everything completely through. With big blood clots. Also had no pain or something. Thursday immediately to the doctor and then to the hospital to make appointment for 2nd scraping. I was told that probably the mother cake was forgotten. Tomorrow it's time.
Scallop without pain

on 16.12.2015 I had my first scraping when I was 48 years old. My outpatient surgery was very good. Only on the day of the operation I had a slight bleeding, neither abdominal pain nor fatigue from the operation plagued me. Contrary to expectations, I was doing very well, whereupon I felt that I did not undergo any surgery at all.
Greetings, Maria-Anna

Am 66 years old and should undergo a uterine shedding, since I have some fluid in the uterus. Meaningful or not?
3. scraping

I had my 3rd scraping on 4/12/15, I am now 56 years old and slowly I am sick of the heavy bleeding, so again I will not let it go. I have been recommended a removal of the uterus, I think I will do that then, then finally is over with the heavy bleeding that I always had over 10 days and could not make a step out of the house.
Now let's wait and see what happens after the scraping, maybe I'm lucky this time. I now have slight bleeding after scraping.

Hello dear people,
First I'm very sorry, what happened to you. Unfortunately, I too had a scrap last week, as my child's heart stopped beating after 20 weeks. My scraping went fast and everything was fine, but for a few days now I have often had severe pain from the stomach to vaginal. Can not laugh, nor on the toilet or sitting. Hurts everything. I'll go to the gynecologist tomorrow and hope it's not bad, because we really want to get pregnant again, because it took us over 2 years to get it done.

was operated on 27.5.15. My fallopian tube has burst and blood has already entered the abdominal cavity. The fallopian tubes were removed and I was also scrapped. Am today on 29.5.15 were released. I also have slight bleeding. How long does this take?

Had also a scraping and conization because of PAP and unfortunately could not be removed at the first OP not everything. So after 6 weeks, when the tissue became firmer, it had to be scraped and tapered again. Then the problems really started. Too short, totally constricted cervix and I with a desire for children :-( that was a long back and forth with cervical dilation ..... until I became pregnant for the first time But now I hold my little girl in the hands and everything is forgotten.

I also had a scraping on 28.04.15. and now I have to be scraped out again, because they have left rests. I'm ready and done. And the doctors here are still taking their time, wanting to do the rest in four weeks. Is everything bad enough.
After Abrasio no complaints at all

I recently had a scar due to constantly extremely heavy menstrual bleeding since menopause. It was an outpatient, I was a little scared, but it was totally uncomplicated! I had a short general anesthetic, so did not notice anything. When I woke up I was fine, really, just a few minutes a bit dizelig. I was allowed to drink something right away.
After less than an hour could go home accompanied. I felt good, barely tired, only a little tired the next day, but all right. Only one day it was not too heavy bleeding, then only very little. After 10 days even the minimal spotting bleed over. - What I still have to wait is how the next menstruation will fail, just hope it's not strong anymore. -
Otherwise, I can take the fear of scraping, if I had known that, I would have done it sooner. It just needs to explain the right doctor times and experience, then it can go so well.

I had my scraping on 19.02.15. I spent a night in the hospital, after the procedure I felt so far well, bleeding I had more than 14 days after ...... but more so spotting. Nevertheless, it is annoying with the pads.
Now I had not quite 2 weeks, without a bleeding was there ..... divine ....... Well, but now I have my rule and now again the 7th day, I can not blood see more.
Had also started with the pill in the hope of shortening or weakening the bleeding, that was probably nothing. Since it was a new pill that I have not yet taken, I assume that it is too weak for me. That's why I'm just to the family doctor to get me the recipe from my predecessor pill. Since I'm totally helpless, helpless, I'll just go tonight with the other pill, and dispose of the new.
I'm going on holiday on 09.04.15, and I just want to lie on the beach without ties. When can I actually use it again?
When does the period begin?

Hi, I had on 04.02.15 my scraping. In the beginning everything okay, slight bleeding, I was fine. Until 13.02. I got a lot of pain and a heavy bleeding. Was then also at the doctor and a day in the clinic. Had then on 23.02. My ovulation was the day at the doctor and he told me. Now I still do not have my period, I'm desperate. Need to say, I am 30 years old and had no miscarriage, had a normal scraping.

I am 55 years old and had a scraping on 6.3.15. I still have a little bit of bleeding. For me, the scraping was done on an outpatient basis, with a spinal anesthesia, I imagined everything worse and heard everything, above all, I did not feel anything. Thank God. Could be picked up again by my husband after 7.5 hours.

For me (56) the screeching was a week ago. The first days I was already a bit white around the tip of the nose (narcosis). I'm always on the move (extended family). Otherwise no complaints. Mild bleeding normal for up to 3 weeks. All is well. LG Gitti

Have now received a curettage at 68 years. But now after the operation, 7 days ago, still bleeding slightly! Is that normal!?

Was a night for monitoring in the clinic after the scraping. Everything went very fast. I'm at home and still bleeding. Not so much anymore, but it is uncomfortable. My whole body is cramped. My hands fall asleep. The only positive thing is not to bleed so much afterwards.
thanks mucki for your entry

hello mucki,

thanks for your entry. That calms me a lot. I have my appointment next week Friday.
Also believe that it has a lot to do with the thoughts. You can somehow influence everything positively as well as negatively.
All the best for you, angel *

Everything went well for me. My doctor is just great. Have no pain and the bleeding is limited. Think it is also a matter of the mind of one's self. So never let go crazy and make the best of it. If need be, it must be, the doctors just want to help you. Thanks again to everyone
