An imperative stool urgency is one of the complaints that can occur in ulcerative colitis, especially in advanced stages. Imperative stool urgency is the inability to hold the chair as soon as the feeling of having to go to the bathroom begins. This must be visited immediately, stopping and waiting is not possible.
Although it does not always lead to unwanted feces, imperative stool urgency can significantly limit daily life. If you have such symptoms, you should discuss this with your doctor. Even if the problem may be terribly embarrassing for you, it's not for a doctor. And you can do something about it.
