In principle, all. When back pain is actually due to cancer, it is most likely to have metastases in the spine. Such bone metastases can theoretically arise in almost all cancers, i.a. in breast cancer, prostate cancer or colon cancer.
But be careful in interpreting what you read here: Back pain is much more likely to be due to signs of wear and degenerative changes than tumors. So do not think prematurely that you have cancer if your back hurts. Even if you have unclear and persistent back pain, of course, should clarify.
